What does it mean to be full grown?

I want to start this blog by defining what it means to be a full grown man. I think the best way to define what it means would be to ask questions.

What does it mean to be a full grown man in this day and age? What does he look like? How does he think? How does he see the world? How does he relate to women? How does he relate to other men? How do other men see him and relate to him? How do women relate to him? How do women see him?
